Austin Fabrication LLC is not a full time machine shop. Products offered or services performed do not have a guaranteed date of completion.

No CAD or mechanical services are permitted for parts of a weapon of any kind. No exceptions.

By utilizing the services of Austin Fabrication LLC, the customer acknowledges they have read, understand, and accept the DISCLAIMER and WAIVER OF LIABILITY.

For operations that result in significant wear on tooling, the partial or full cost to replace the tooling may be included.

Time required to review CAD files or assist in designing the component are included in the final cost.

 For individuals and small businesses with less than 10 employees the rate is $40 per hour. For larger companies/organizations the hourly rate is $60 per hour. For high priority work/rush requests, the rate may increase. 

Only manual machining is available. Surface finishes to a dedicated roughness average (Ra) are not offered. Note that many mild steels are difficult to achieve mirror like finishes on. Austin Fabrication LLC 's area of service is quick turnaround functional parts. 

Deburring is standard with slight chamfers on through holes and tapped holes. See the Design Guide for additional information.

Limited stock is kept in house. McMaster-Carr is the standard source for reasonably priced stock. You may arrange to drop off stock if already in hand. In addition, if time is not a concern, cheaper stock may be obtained on Ebay. Commission is not charged on stock purchases and the total cost to obtain the stock is added to the total bill, including time spent on the procurement process.

Shipping of machined parts is chosen at the customer's request and shipping speed/cost is provided before purchasing a shipping label. The cost of the shipping/packing materials and the time to purchase the label, package, and drop off to a local USPS, FedEx, or UPS drop off location is added to the final bill. 

To reduce spam activity, a business location or phone number is not provided on the website. Upon filling out the contact form, you'll be contacted via email or phone for locations to meet and hand off parts, preferably at a public location like a gas station in Titusville. 

Email responses are only provided for properly worded emails with your contact information and a description of what you need help with or fabricated. Messages resembling Craigslist responses of "hey i need a part how much u charge?" will not receive a response and will be assumed spam or not worth the time.  

Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Wix secure payment platform via invoice, or direct payment via vendor registration. Paypal and Venmo payments can be made by requesting the account info. Please reach out via the contact form for the relevant info if your company or organization requires vendor registration. 

Requests for service may be rejected for any reason. Long lead times due to demand will be communicated up front. Austin Fabrication LLC produces one-off or low part count jobs only. Production runs are not performed. Most requests for machining material that produces hazardous fumes/fine particulates (composites like garolite) are rejected.
