By utilizing machining services, mechanical services, computer aided design (CAD) services, or documented/non-documented advice or recommendations from Austin Fabrication LLC, the customer acknowledges they have read and understand this DISCLAIMER and WAIVER OF LIABILITY.

Austin Fabrication LLC provides machining and related mechanical services and computer aided design (CAD) services for components that shall not be implemented as part of any structural or safety critical items, assemblies, or systems. By using any service or physical product produced by Austin Fabrication LLC, the customer acknowledges that Austin Fabrication LLC, its owner, and any employees shall not be held liable for property damage, personal injury, or death due to failure from a physical product or service provided, including CAD services. 

Any products produced or services performed, including computer aided design (CAD) services, are accepted as is by the customer and no structural analysis, compatibility, reliability, or any engineering analysis is implied or assumed.  Austin Fabrication LLC does not provide professional engineering services.

Any recommendations for threaded fasteners, bolted joints, general mechanical strength, thread accuracy, length of engagement etc. are accepted by the customer and shall not be considered professional engineering advice or analysis. The customer also acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the use of the physical service, item, product, or CAD service provided. 

To the extent feasible, best practices for verifying metrology equipment (i.e. micrometers, calipers etc.) accuracy are implemented. The customer accepts that measurement devices used by Austin Fabrication LLC are not calibrated by a qualified facility nor are they calibrated in accordance with standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).  The customer accepts deviation from more accurate practices in any physical item, service, or CAD service provided.
